Jyo9 Terms and Conditions — Know the rules before you play

1 Introduction

Jyo9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming service operating for users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between jyo9 and its users.

It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions in full before registering an account, playing games, making deposits, or using any services on jyo9. Although this document is published in Bengali, the English version takes precedence for legal interpretation.

Jyo9 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

2 Account Registration & Management

To register an account with jyo9, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be suspended at any time and the balance may be forfeited.

• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed.
• A single mobile number, bank account, or mobile banking number may only be linked to one jyo9 account.
• Keep your password confidential. jyo9 is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure.
• Transferring or selling account ownership is strictly prohibited.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and play on jyo9. Use of jyo9 by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. We verify age through identity document checks.

If a minor opens an account using false information, all transactions associated with that account will be considered void and appropriate legal action will be taken. It is your responsibility to verify whether online gaming is legal under the laws applicable in your region.

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Jyo9 cannot be accessed from countries where online gaming is prohibited.
• A national ID or passport may be required for identity verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Jyo9 currently supports direct deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are processed through secure encrypted channels.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 1–3 hours; up to 24 hours during peak periods.
• Identity verification is mandatory for large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit — this is part of our anti-money laundering policy.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, jyo9 may place it on hold pending investigation.
• Records of all transactions are stored in your account history.

Jyo9 charges no hidden fees. However, your mobile banking provider may charge separate fees, for which jyo9 is not responsible.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Jyo9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before accepting.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only — once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• The wagering requirement completion period is generally 7–30 days; the timeframe specified in the individual bonus offer applies.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household or device is prohibited.
• Jyo9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on jyo9 operate using internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and not predetermined by any party.

• If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue during gameplay, that round is considered void and the bet amount is refunded.
• Any attempt to deliberately manipulate game software or systems is strictly prohibited.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• For Sports Betting, the official match result applies.
• Harassing or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward other users during gameplay is prohibited.

Jyo9 regularly adds new games and features to enhance the gaming experience. Some games may not be available in certain countries or regions.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jyo9. Engaging in any of them will result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools in game software.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting platform errors or bugs.
• Verifying an account using a fake identity or forged documents.
• Fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Colluding with other players to place coordinated bets.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Jyo9 takes your personal information seriously. We protect all your data using 256-bit SSL encryption. Your information is never sold to third parties.

• Your registration details, transaction history, and gaming activity are recorded and retained.
• Your device's IP address and location may be used for verification purposes.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Jyo9 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Death or legal incapacity of the account holder.
• Extended account inactivity.

To close your account voluntarily, contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before closure, unless the account is being closed due to a rule violation.

10 Limitation of Liability

Jyo9 is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, our liability is limited in certain areas:

• Any loss resulting from internet disruption or third-party technical failures.
• If account security is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• If services are disrupted due to natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
• Any financial loss related to game outcomes — as all results are random.

The maximum compensation payable in any claim against jyo9 shall be limited to the total amount you deposited during the three months in question.

11 Changes & Updates

Jyo9 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes in advance via email or through the Platform.

Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

12 Contact & Dispute Resolution

For any questions or disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions, please contact the jyo9 customer support team first. We resolve 90% of disputes within 48 hours.

If an issue cannot be resolved with the support team, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body. The support team will provide details on the process.
